A positive attitude to life and a good basic mindset are crucial for one’s well-being and personal health. There’s no doubt about that. It makes sense and is helpful if, in addition to this healthy basic mindset, pollutants that impair our quality of life are also removed. For example, from drinking water and from the air. Unfortunately, we have chemical residues. PFAS is a major issue across Europe. As are microplastics in water, in almost all water resources worldwide. Pesticides, glyphosate, and liquid manure fertilization are issues in agriculture. To enrich fields with nitrogen, liquid manure (animal excrement) is spread on fields and ends up in the groundwater. Nitrate is formed and, via the groundwater, is also mixed with drinking water.
Contamination in drinking water
Another major issue that waterworks have to contend with is medication residues. A prominent example is the contraceptive pill, which has been entering the water cycle since the 1960s and 1970s, both through ingestion and excretion. These active ingredients are not metabolized; they are excreted, are then contained in the water cycle, and cannot be completely removed using conventional methods. The interactions between this multitude of drug residues, contrast agents, glyphosate, chemical compounds, and everything else in this area cannot yet be foreseen. New compounds and their effects on living organisms have far from been conclusively assessed. On the contrary, alarming news keeps emerging. Furthermore, drug residues can now be detected in wastewater. This makes it possible to determine which drugs are consumed by residents in which cities, as they are excreted and contained in the wastewater. Cocaine in Munich, amphetamines in the Ruhr region, and methamphetamine in Dresden. Unfortunately, waterworks don’t have sufficiently thorough filter stages to remove all of these substances. Heavy metals, surfactants from detergents, and germs and bacteria are also a major problem. Bacteria alerts are often issued by authorities several times a week.
Air pollution
Since the coronavirus pandemic, we’ve known that viruses and bacteria are transported via aerosols. There are now excellent technologies that can even remove viruses, bacteria, germs, mold spores, and other contaminants from the air in real time. This technology is called ActivePure®. Other contaminants such as allergens, pollen, dust, particulate matter, pet dander, mites, heavy metals, asbestos, TVOC, formaldehyde, chemicals, and unpleasant odors are also present. Hydrogen enrichment

A huge advantage of hydrogen is its antioxidant effect. That means it’s a natural free radical scavenger. Oxidative stress, free radicals, these oxygen radicals, ROS, which accumulate in the mitochondria of cells and impair energy metabolism.
Oxygen radicals are disruptive, but not all of them. There are also oxygen radicals that our immune system needs to fight off germs. But hydroxyl radicals and peroxynitride, in particular, must be dissolved. Hydrogen does this very well. Furthermore, hydrogen has an anti-inflammatory effect. This applies to both acute and chronic diseases linked to inflammatory processes. Hydrogen has a performance-enhancing and energy-boosting effect in our organism. And this naturally increases our performance, our resilience, and our self-healing powers.
Our gut also produces hydrogen. There are hundreds of bacterial strains, and the gut microbiome produces hydrogen in our bodies. Unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly difficult with today’s lifestyles and high medication consumption. Antibiotics, in particular, have a devastating effect on gut bacteria. Furthermore, diet, environmental toxins, and stress are disruptive factors that promote oxygen radicals and free radicals, which then form in our bodies.
This is precisely where molecular hydrogen achieves impressive medical and health effects. This applies to both prophylaxis and therapy. How does hydrogen work? How does hydrogen work in the body?
And this effect of hydrogen can be traced back to the cells, more specifically, to the mitochondria. This is where energy metabolism takes place. These are the much-cited energy powerhouses in our cells. And oxygen is burned in the process. Oxidation occurs, and O2 is converted into carbon dioxide. This is the substance we exhale. Oxygen radicals, which are formed as byproducts, are not bad per se. They work and support our immune system against germs. But there are oxygen radicals that are not beneficial; they have a negative and detrimental effect on our metabolism.
These include the hydroxyl radical and peroxynitrate. These free radicals are deposited as waste products from combustion in the mitochondria, and from there they hinder efficient energy metabolism. They are energy thieves. And that’s where hydrogen comes into play. Hydrogen, the smallest element in molecular form. And these free radicals reach every corner of the body and even cross blood barriers, such as the blood-brain barrier, blood-urine barrier, or blood-testis barrier. Structure and special features of H2Master hydrogen bottles

Other manufacturers use potassium hydroxide as the electrolyte. This is a corrosive liquid and requires a lot of maintenance. We take a different approach and use distilled water as the electrolyte. This is extremely beneficial for daily use, and maintenance is almost nonexistent. The only maintenance required is adding half a liter of distilled water every one or two weeks. Health and daily routine
There’s a simple daily routine that can increase our performance. It’s drinking a glass of water in the morning. This can be 200-300 ml. This water should be slightly warmed and meets our fluid needs after sleeping overnight. And this water should also be enriched with hydrogen. Drinking this glass of slightly warmed, hydrogen-rich water in the morning is an energizing, good start to the day and should bring you joy and health.

If we look at the element hydrogen, it is the smallest element that exists. And the most fundamental, from which many others have emerged. The basis of our life, you could say. Hydrogen itself is highly bond-friendly when it is present in molecular form in the body and is then able to bind free radicals that arise during energy metabolism. This is how we obtain our life energy in our mitochondria through ATP production. Free radicals also have important functions, but some of them, such as the hydroxyl radical or peroxynitrite, do not, as these hinder our energy metabolism.
Hydrogen acts specifically against these oxygen radicals. And this raises the question: How do we get it into the cells and into the body in general? One way is through drinking water, which is enriched with molecular hydrogen. Although bubbles rise, no sparkling water is produced. The other option is through hydrogen inhalation, and this is the more efficient method.
Which devices should we choose? We have several models of inhalers. The model numbers indicate the flow rate in ml per minute that the device delivers of hydrogen or hydrogen plus oxygen.
The higher the flow rate, the better, because time matters. If I can inhale hydrogen all day, i.e., if I’m sitting or lying down in one place, I can certainly use the H2 200. So, the timing and purpose of the inhalation play a role.
The smaller devices are very suitable for prophylactic purposes, but when it comes to the therapeutic range, you would go from the H2-600 or H2-1500 up to the H2-3000, and the combination of both hydrogen and oxygen, which the two higher-volume devices deliver, produces a hydrogen/oxygen mixture.
A pure hydrogen generator with 1000 milliliters or a combination device with 1000 milliliters plus 500 milliliters of oxygen, which is known as brown gas, or HHO. You can use these prophylactically to enhance performance, as well as for therapeutic purposes.
When you purchase a device, the time component naturally plays a role. And then it’s actually like this: the higher the flow rate, the greater the potential for hydrogen absorption. The entire process is delivered via a nasal cannula. It’s not a mask. If it’s the H2-3000 device, patients are able to absorb more hydrogen. It also comes out through the nasal cannula mentioned above. So, hydrogen also comes out during the exhalation process.
But the amount that remains in the body can also be absorbed by the body. And there’s no such thing as too much. Anything the body doesn’t absorb because it’s saturated, for example, is expelled through the breath or through the skin. It’s also possible to treat two patients at the same time. Technically, this would also be possible with the H2-1500, but then the flow rate would be halved again.
Our devices are operated with pure distilled water, which reduces maintenance requirements to almost zero. With daily use, you would need to add about half a liter of water every two or three weeks. And that’s basically all the maintenance required.
