Our focus for industrial filter devices is mainly in custom builds for general industry, pharmaceutical and medical technology, food industry, large kitchens, breweries and others. Filter systems of the BE WA1000 Industry series are individually adapted and assembled according to your requirements.

Several systems can be operated together. With a special pre-filtration we can achieve a conductivity of less than 1.3 mS / cm (at 25 ° C). Even zero mS / cm are possible. The pre-filter and post-filter are antibacterial. We use the highest quality materials with high reliability. This technology achieves a pure / raw water ratio of better than 1: 0.9.

Elimination of germs through physical forces without biocides or chemicals

In addition to the technology of reverse osmosis, hydrophysical forces can be used for water treatment in cooling and process water circuits. Hydromechanical cavitation for water treatment uses cavitation as a disinfection process, a water treatment technology that works without chemicals and largely eliminates microbiological pollution in the water. The water treatment system protects water supply networks with cooling and process water from harmful microorganisms such as B. Legionella. The water treatment minimizes the risk of re-germination and keeps the water hygienically stable over the long term.
