In the aquarium hobby, pure water is the basis for healthy fish and successful fish farming. Lime content, pH value and many other quality features of the water are decisive. The decalcification is often carried out using ion exchangers with added salt or silicate, which leads to undesirable side effects. With WA1 ultrafiltration, decalcification is possible without salt or silicate.
These BE WA1 Basic filter devices filter lime and unwanted substances such as hormones from tap water using the principle of reverse osmosis and with activated carbon and sediment filters. Based on Made-Germany quality, these filter devices ensure healthy ultrapure water.
Through thorough filtration at the molecular level, mobile reverse osmosis filter devices remove impurities such as germs, bacteria and viruses, drug and drug residues, antibiotics, hormones, nitrates, pesticides, industrial chemicals, heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine, lime and many more from the tap water. Reverse osmosis technology is even able to remove radioactive components.
The BE WA1 filter devices are connected directly to the tap and can be used from approx. 2 bar without a power connection. The filter device can be expanded with a pressure booster pump to increase the amount of water per minute. The impurities do not remain in the filter device but are led to the outside as waste water. For greater convenience, a 5 liter tank and a tap can optionally be connected.
