Rental Agreement Rental of filter/treatment equipment

You will receive a final confirmation of availability at the desired time after your order.

The filter/treatment devices may only be used for the intended purpose. The devices must be handled properly and with care and only be operated by authorized personnel who are familiar with the instructions for use.

Any damage caused by improper use will be covered by the renter or the renter's insurance. In the event of damage, the landlord must be informed immediately.

The filter/treatment devices with all accessories (except consumables) and documents must be returned in proper condition immediately after the agreed rental period has expired. Only the original packaging is to be used for this.

In the event of an unauthorized extension, the additional rental period will be calculated according to the agreed conditions. Late bookings and the resulting late delivery are at the tenant's expense and will be billed as ordered.

If the device is damaged or parts are missing, these will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the renter.
