Stiftung Warentest has tested several air purifiers. Various criteria such as filter performance, handling, safety, power consumption and volume of the running devices were taken into account. A total of 7 air filters were examined, with none of the devices being able to achieve the top rating of “very good”. Only one product received a “good” rating, while all other filters were only rated “fair”, indicating that they need improvement in some areas. BestElements filter devices were not included in this test.<\/p>\n

Good air quality is of great importance for our well-being and health. Air purifiers can help improve indoor air quality by filtering pollutants and allergens from the air. When choosing a suitable air purifier, however, there are many aspects to consider, such as filter performance, handling of the device, safety, power consumption and volume.<\/p>\n

It is therefore important not only to pay attention to the price when choosing an air purifier, but also to the various criteria that play a role in the evaluation. A good air purifier should not only be effective, but also easy to use, safe and energy efficient. The volume should also be taken into account, since devices that are too loud can be annoying.
